NLP - Neuro Linguistic Programming

NLP explores the interactive relationship between our mind and nervous system (neuro); the language (linguistic) with which we communicate via self talk to ourselves and others to describe our thoughts and feelings, which we perceive through our five senses and then (programme) our behavioural and emotional patterns to produce our subjective experiences.
Through the process of modelling behaviour of 'excellence' we can, according to Bandler (Co-developer of NLP), release ourselves from the burden of stinking thinking or bad habits and simply find better ways to live our lives. Thus by consistently seeking to achieve our desired outcomes, using the techniques of NLP, we can remove blockages originally created by anger, sadness, fear, guilt, anxiety and mistaken negative beliefs, that have inhibited our growth & well-being.
NLP uses simple yet effective tools and techniques, that enable the implementation of useful strategies for success, motivation, love, learning and many more. Such techniques have also been credited with dramatic changes in confidence, personal effectiveness and performance, changes in habitual behaviors of like/dislikes and the creation of new, healthier patterns of behaviour. In addition many emotional blockages have been reversed leaving clients free to grow and expand well beyond their fears of failure.
