As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in private practice, Cheryl works with individuals and couples to resolve lifestyle pressures, improve personal and work communications, manage stress levels and enhance self-esteem and self-confidence.

Cheryl uses a suite of healing techniques including Gestalt, NLP and Inner Child to reframe personal perspectives; Family/ Systems work to discover root causes to your issues; and a range of relaxation techniques to control stress levels. After successful recovery from Cancer, she includes JOURNEYWORK to help you discover your own healing energy to break through unwanted habits and blockages. Each process selected is integrated with your therapy in a supportive way, to achieve tangible and long lasting results.
